Do I need to manage any of the tech myself?
No. That's what Forge Operator™ is. We handle hosting configuration, plugin updates, API connections, chatbot training, and ongoing monitoring. If something breaks, we fix it.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is stored in your WordPress database on your server. The AI chatbot uses nonce authentication and rate limiting. Security monitoring is built into every Forge Operator™ plan.
Can I export my data?
Absolutely. Since it's WordPress, you can export everything via standard WordPress tools, database exports, or we can connect it to Google Sheets automatically via n8n.
Will this work with my existing website?
Yes. We've tested with GeneratePress, Astra, Kadence, and others. The portal uses custom post types and doesn't conflict with themes. If you need a new website, that's available as an add-on.
Can I use this for multiple locations?
Yes — the Black tier includes multi-location support with separate dashboards per location. Core and Scale plans cover single-location businesses.
How long does setup take?
Core and Scale portals are typically live within 5–7 business days. Black tier custom builds can take 2–3 weeks depending on scope.
