How long does setup take?
Core and Scale are typically live within 5–7 business days. Black tier can take 2–3 weeks depending on scope.
What tools do you integrate with?
Google Calendar, QuickBooks, Stripe, Mailchimp, Twilio (SMS), most CRMs, and hundreds of others. If it has an API, we can probably connect it.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. Start with Core, move to Scale when you're ready. Downgrade if you need to. No penalties.
What counts as an "automation run"?
Each time a workflow fires — like sending an appointment reminder, capturing a lead from your chatbot, or syncing a new booking to your calendar. One trigger = one run.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Your setup fee and monthly plan cover everything we manage. The only extra costs are third-party services you'd pay anyway — like your web hosting or if you use OpenAI's API for the chatbot (typically $5–20/month depending on volume).
